My software fee seems less that the percent you're saying your charging me. Why?
It's true that if you take the total sales made through your market and applied the software fee percentage I'm quoting you, you'll come up with a number greater than that amount that's due. That's because I've built in a number of exceptions.
- I don't include membership fees.
- I skip orders placed by market managers
- I skip orders placed by market volunteers
- I skip orders placed by growers
So, if you're keep track on your own in a spreadsheet or something and pay me from that, you're going to be over paying by some amount. I'll credit the excess back to your market, which you'll see as a negative amount due on your balance.
