How Do I Delete An Account?

There are two steps to deleting an account.

First, click on "Manage Customers" on the "Your Account" page. Find the account you want to delete, and click on "Edit Account".

There, uncheck the box next to Active Account in the "Special Info" section and click on the "Adjust Special Info" button.

If the customer has placed orders in the past, that's as far as you can go. The account will stay in the system to preserve the sales history that you and your growers may be relying upon for tax and other financial records. The account cannot be used, will not get mailings, and is for all practical purposes out of the system.

If the account does not have any orders in its history, a "Delete This Account" section will appear. Click the link to completely remove the account from the system.
