Sold out glitch

Hi

I have notices several instances when items have an inventory of 1 but a customer orders 2, the order goes through even tho it is supposed to stop at zero. This causes growers some anxiety since they are technically "short" even tho they had the correct availability online. Is it possible to fix that?
