A customer cannot delete their account if they have a purchase history -- they can only turn it inactive.
A grower cannot delete a product if it has ever been purchased -- they can only turn it unavailable.
Market managers can delete products, and it will delete the sales history as well. They are warned of this before it happens and must confirm the action.
