Multiple drop off points

Hi folks, I wanted to know how it works to have multiple drop off locations. Do customers choose their drop off location when they sign up? Does the software track and print labels according to drop off location? I don't think I'll be able to make it happen with one drop off location since I don't think people want to drive between rural towns. I am also considering delivering door to door at least in the beginning, and using an account system rather than a pay-upon-receipt system. Any comments on that?
Thanks,
Ole in Vermont

The system can have multiple pick up locations, but doesn't do anything about multiple (grower) drop off locations. There's an important distinction between the two.

From your question, it sounds like you're talking about pick up locations. Yes, the customer chooses which one they want, and the labels and harvest reports show which location everything goes to. It's up to you to get things to the right place, but you'll have what you need to know what goes where.

Some markets have delivery, and add that option to their list of pick up points. I don't do that, though, and have no experience with it.

    Hi there,
I like this option, but I don't see how it's used. Where does the customer indicate their pick up location? Do I have to configure something to make this work?

You do have to turn it on, yes. Click on Edit Your Market's Information for that and many other optional items.
