can I export the product list, change the naming and import it back into the website?
We have a lot of products on the website and are trying to
institute a naming standard to keep the listings cleaner and better
organized. Can I use the export your complete product list function
to do this quickly or do I need to make the changes in real-time? I
saw another question where it was mentioned that you could change a
lot of the product organization in a hour or so, but it seems to
take forever when I do it directly on the market page. If the
export product list isn't a good approach, is there some other
efficient way to go about it?
Thanks!

There is not an import function, no. Changing names has to be done one product at a time.
I've had a strict naming standard in place since the beginning, so I don't have any tips for renaming a bunch of products quickly. I would suggest communicating your new standards clearly to the growers and then give them a deadline to rename their own products accordingly, say, two weeks. If everyone is responsible for their own products, no single person will have to spend long getting the job done.
