order
Hi Eric,
I received the email for order #339775 and it showed nothing
ordered and of course when it generated the order the order showed
nothing ordered.
I didn't think it was possible to check out when there was nothing
in the shopping cart. I am assuming that nothing was removed from
the order by the farmers since the email confirmation also showed
nothing was ordered.
I'm curious as to how this could have happened.
Thanks

You'd have to ask the customer what she was doing or trying to order to be sure, but it's not totally impossible. I do try to check for things along the way, but perhaps she had an item in her cart and went to the checkout screen. Then, it sat there (say, she got distracted and walked away from her computer for a bit). In the meantime, that item was purchased by someone else, and if it was set to stop at zero, it became sold out. Then later, the customer came back to her computer and hit the place order button. The system couldn't place an order for the sold out item, so it took it out of her cart. Since that was all she ordered, there was nothing left.
I see this person has placed multiple orders this cycle, and is in the habit of placing lots of small orders. This chain of events seems plausible to me.
