Prepayments
Does the customers' ability to prepay end when we close the market to orders? I am considering taking prepayments, but our site does not have online access. Taking prepayment won't work if customers can pay up to the last minute. It would work if they cannot make payment after the market closes to ordering. Thank you.

The website does not take payments, so, no. I've had customers PayPal me money right before market, right after market, and probably during market. They tell me they've paid, and when I get home and check my email, I see that they have indeed paid. I've never had anyone lie to me (though even if they did, I still have all their contact info).
I've even had people mail me checks on occasion. There's no telling when or how people will pay.
