always open market
can I
and if so how do I achieve an always open market?
one where customers can always order,
post their pick up time at a minimum of 24 hours notice
and everybody is happy?

It's not really designed for that, since there were already so many other options for an always-on e-commerce store. But if you still prefer mine, just never close your market. It's a manual step, so if you never click the button it'll never close.
If your market has only one grower, it'll work just fine., If you have multiple vendors, I think the cyclical nature of how my system is designed will just get in your way.
