Price discounts not showing on invoice
I change item pricing for specials in the marketplace as a minus market surcharge, say regular $20 less 10% ie $2 shows $18 on market list. But on customer invoice and order packing and total sales report it shows the unadjusted price extension.
Is this the way it's supposed to be? I doubt it, cuz customer is buying at one price and being billed at pre-discount price.
What to do?

Did you change the price after the order was placed? Price changes aren't retroactive.

Hi Eric,I'll have to check but I doubt it.Have you seen the new site service called barn2door? I'll look in the blog for locallygrown members to see whether this is getting any attention. There are more and more offerings out there to help growers tap markets through the internet.regardsIan

Ok. Please let me know if you see it again. Sorry it took so long to respond -- somehow I missed this when you first posted, and found it down in my support queue.
The biggest collective CSA in the area is using barn2door. The started the pandemic with Harvie, and that just couldn't keep up with the huge influx of business all of us saw. After a few weeks they switched to barn2door. They're switching to a third platform next week, but I don't know which one. They've been teasing it for a couple weeks now but haven't unveiled it yet.
There are lots of platforms out there now. Mine was the first, and I've been told it's still the most solid, especially for multi-farm farmers markets. I know it is visually showing its age but I haven't found the time to re-write that aspect of it yet. I don't charge enough to make this my job (it does cover its own expenses, though) so that big development effort is slow going for me.
