Unable to mark order as complete

I have my first pending Stripe payment order that I am unable to mark as complete to get paid.
When I click on "mark order complete" it kinda flashes and does not change. I figure there is something that I'm not doing that is preventing it to be complete. What steps should I take?

    You've turned off integrated payments in your market's settings: "Use integrated payment systems?"

    You'll need to turn that on to begin processing payments.
