growers adding/editing products

None of my growers can add or edit products only i can as the manager. how can i change this?

   the buttons that are clicked to add products are not present when logged in as a grower. i can see them and use them as the manager but the growers cant .

   blue feather creek farm, and rock creek farm, but probably all of them..

   I meant user accounts, not grower profiles.

   But I looked at the grower profile for Blue Feather Creek and there is no user account associated with it.

   If they create the grower profiles themselves, it happens automatically.

   If you create it for them with your account, one of the questions is what account do you want to control the profile. You can edit that grower profile and set it now.
