Is there anyway I can reset a customer's password or can I see what a customers password is?

There is a link right on the log in form, immediately below the username and password blanks, that says "I forgot my username or password". Tell your customer he needs to click that link. It will send him a new password. There's not much to it, really.
It's self service, so no, you can't do it for him.

Thank you. I will pass that on to my customer.

I have had the lost password problem with customers---
From my experience even when they click forgot my password if they don't put in an email address that matches the email address in the software the new password does not get sent out--sometimes they are sure that they put everything in correctly and they are not receiving the email with the new password. So I do change the password for them which is easier than me placing the orders for them -- what I do is go into their account change their email address to one of mine, go though the forgotten password routine--when the new password gets sent to me I change the password to something that is all lower case and very simple to remember-- than I change the email address back to their email address, log out, tell them the new password and then let them sign back in and place their orders----For those people with password issues I remind them to keep the password simple all lower case-- and I explain that the worst thing that could happen on this website is that someone would order a lot of food for them--it is not attached to a bank account. Usually once I go though this with a customer they are fine after that.
