The word "Unit" has never been there -- is this a suggestion that I add it?
I decided when I made the page to leave the word out, because it's jargon-y. It serves as the "unit" field in other commerce systems, but it's a more free-form version of that.
The longer edit form has more details for the grower, but here on the product card itself, it's just a descriptor of what they're getting for the price.
Here's what it has on the long edit form, for comparison:
What is the Unit of Sale?
This tells the customer how much they will be getting for the price. Use something like "1 lb", "each", "1 quart", or something equally descriptive. Since they won't see it for themselves until they come pick it up, this is very important.

Oh... your screenshot says "Note there are two edits?" The first is the price and the second is the unit of sale. When a grower creates a product (using the long form, the only way they can) both are very clearly labelled. What you're looking at is a way for growers to quickly edit those few things for a product without pulling up the long form.
