How can I add an e-mail account to an unapproved grower's account?

    Edit the grower information (on the Our Growers page). You'll see a drop-down where you can add an account.

    She hasn't added an e-mail address as a customer.  Am I right in assuming that *she* has to do that?  And can you give me simple directions for her?  Thanks!

    OK I think it's worked out now. Thanks.

    Is there a way to delete an unapproved grower? This particular person added a grower that I couldn't approve, but I added the same grower a 2nd time & was able to approve it.  Now I'd like to delete the unapproved "copy" if possible.  Thanks.

    She has to do that, yes. She'll do it by clicking on Sign In and creating her account.

    There's a bug in the system currently where there's no link to remove an unapproved grower that does not have an account tied to it. I'll fix that eventually. In the meantime, however, it doesn't hurt anything. You're the only one who can see that it's there.

    Thank you so much, Eric.We have resolved the issues, by me convincing the grower that she *can* add her own e-mail address.  :-)  2 growers in one family are both working now.  I appreciate your help in launching this new market.  We had 1 order last week, and already have 3 this week, with market due to close noon on Wed.

    Hi, Eric,

    We have had market for 2 weeks now.  The first week, we had only one order, & I closed out the market on my own without any directions.  Simple. 

    Second week, we had three orders, so I decided to do it the way the Sewanee people do it.  Got directions from one of the managers, and followed them.  Simple. 

    Well, sort of... till I found that all products had been zeroed out!  This is not good.  So I e-mailed an alert to all farmers, but this morning one of them said she is unable to reset her product availability. Upon investigation, I see this message at the top of the "Your Account" page:

    This Market is disabled!
    Due to inactivity or other reasons, this market has been removed from the public locallygrown.net listings. If this was done in error, please contact Eric Wagoner at [email blocked].

    I do not know how I managed that.  Can you please do the following for me:
    1.  Reinstate us in the public listings, and
    2.  Point me to some good directions on how to close out a market after market day so that I don't do this again.
