Inventory not stopping at Zero

We have a problem. When only 1 item is left, the customer can add it to cart and change quanitty to 2 and move through with that quantity. How do we fix?

    The system did not suggest any articles otherwise I would have read them.
    Thanks for helping me get the answer to the farmer in a timely fashion.
