This person contacted me about ordering. I tried to re-activate her account, but won't work. Help please. Screenshot attached.

    Sorry for the delay .. I overlooked this request.

    I fixed the account. There's a three character minimum in some places for the last name, mostly to keep the labels formatting correctly. It should just be padding the name automatically, but looks like I've missed a spot. I added a period to make the third character to get her account active again.
