complying with state regulations
Must locallygrown.nets comply with the same regulations as farmers markets or can we claim are customers are purchasing on-farm? SC just passed a law that classifies honey as a processed food requiring a certified kitchen. Other regulations restrict small egg and dairy producers as well as prepared (dried) foods and herbs.

Unless your pickup location is on the farm, or your local regulations allow for off-farm sites to count as on-farm, I'd think you'd have a hard time defending following rules for on-farm sales.
I run my market like it's a farmers market, which it most closely resembles, and make sure all the growers meet the proper rules before putting their products up for sale.
